It was announced at the May meeting of The Photographic Historical Society that
the dates for their next international symposium "PhotoHistory XII" have been
set for 19-21 Sept. 2003. Call for papers will be issued shortly.

The Photographic Historical Society located in Rochester, NY was established to
bring together all individuals with an interest in the history of photography.
News of the activities and programs of this Society are posted at the Society's
website located at: http://www.tphs.org
The Society holds regular monthly meetings, an annual banquet and a summer
picnic. It publishes a newsletter more or less four times a year. It has a
membership of about 120 individuals and welcomes members from anywhere in the
